Please read these Terms of Service carefully before installing or using the EasyOrder Agent for WooCommerce plugin or our cloud services.
1. Agreement & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Merchant”, “User”, or “You”) and EasyOrder Digital (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By registering for an account, installing the EasyOrder WordPress plugin, or accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Software License & Usage Rights
EasyOrder Digital grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and operate the EasyOrder plugin solely on your authorized WooCommerce store(s) in accordance with your active subscription plan.
- Single Store Licenses: May only be activated on one production domain at any given time.
- Multi-Store Licenses: May be activated on up to the designated number of stores specified in your plan.
- License Verification: The plugin periodically verifies license authenticity with EasyOrder cloud servers. Tampering with, reverse engineering, or circumventing license checks terminates your license immediately.
3. Messaging Standards & Anti-Spam Policy
EasyOrder integrates with external messaging platforms including WhatsApp, Instagram, and Telegram. You agree to use these channels strictly in compliance with applicable laws and the acceptable use policies of each platform provider (including Meta Business Messaging Policies).
- You must obtain proper customer consent before initiating promotional messaging.
- Spamming, harassment, or distributing deceptive content is strictly prohibited and results in immediate, permanent account suspension.
4. AI Performance & Merchant Responsibility
EasyOrder employs specialized Artificial Intelligence agents to automate customer dialogues, product queries, and order confirmations. While our system enforces strict zero-hallucination guardrails based on your live store inventory, the final responsibility for fulfilling store orders, setting accurate pricing, and managing customer disputes remains entirely with the merchant.
5. Subscription Billing, Fees & Renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal.
6. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license key and account access immediately without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse platform resources.
