1. 5-Day Free Trial (Zero Financial Risk)
We offer a comprehensive 5-Day Free Trial (including up to 50 AI Conversations) with zero payment information required upfront. This trial allows every merchant to thoroughly test our AI sales agents, COD address verification, and cart recovery workflows directly on their live WooCommerce store prior to any financial commitment.
2. Non-Refundable Paid Subscriptions
Because every merchant has the opportunity to evaluate our plugin and cloud capabilities completely free during the 5-day trial period, payments for monthly and annual subscriptions are strictly non-refundable once processed. Digital cloud infrastructure and AI processing capacities are allocated immediately upon payment confirmation.
3. Exceptional Technical Failure Refund
Notwithstanding Section 2, we will honor a refund request within 7 days of payment if, and only if:
- The merchant encounters a verifiable software bug or technical incompatibility that prevents the plugin from functioning; AND
- The merchant contacts our support desk (support@easyorder.digital) within 7 days of purchase and provides necessary diagnostic logs; AND
- Our engineering team is unable to resolve or provide a viable workaround within 48 business hours of receipt.
4. Cancel Anytime Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time without fees or penalties. When you cancel, recurring billing stops immediately, and your plugin license remains fully active until the conclusion of your current paid billing period.
To cancel, simply log in to your Merchant Portal or use the cancellation link provided in your Lemon Squeezy invoice receipt.
5. Chargebacks & Friendly Fraud
Initiating an unjustified bank chargeback without first contacting our support desk constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service and results in the immediate revocation of your license key and permanent blacklisting of associated store domains.
